The GRAVITY™ SYNCHFIX™ features a mini-open medial approach with a reduced diameter for medial button attachement, allowing for direct access to the bone surface. The lateral button features smoothes edges, a reduced implant profile and a recessed design, allowing for a tied square knot that sits below the lateral aspect of the implant's surface.
